JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Creditors Department Administration Clerk

National Logistics/ Tramsport company in Kempton Park is seeking to employ a junior creditors department administration clerk to join their busy team

Receive and verify invoices and all relevant documentation to be processed.

Ensure that payments have been authorized according to the required financial procedures. Preparation and capturing of invoices.

Completing of credit applications for new suppliers & vendor documents on SAP.

Filing of credit applications.

Obtaining of B-BBEE Certificates from suppliers & load on BEE Toolkit.

Assist Finance department with ad-hoc duties.

Computer literate – MS Excel, MS Word and MS outlook.

2 years relevant creditors’ experience.

Good verbal and written communication skills and a good command of English. Well versed in E-mail etiquette.
