Junior Creditors Clerk – Logistics

Kempton Park

National Logistics company in Kempton Park is seeking to employ a junior Creditor Clerk to join their ever growing team.

Key performance areas

Receive and verify invoices and all relevant documentation to be processed.

Ensure that payments have been authorized according to the required financial procedures.

Preparation and capturing of invoices.

Completing of credit applications for new suppliers & vendor documents on SAP.

Filing of credit applications.

Obtaining of B-BBEE Certificates from suppliers & load on BEE Toolkit.

Assist Finance department with ad-hoc duties.

Qualifications required

Matric

Skills and experience required

Computer literate MS Excel, MS Word and MS outlook.

2 years relevant experience.
