An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Credit Analyst to join a growing financial services business. This role offers exposure to commercial credit assessments, risk analysis, and funding decisions while working alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

POSITION INFO:

What You'll Be Doing:

Assess and evaluate credit applications to support informed lending decisions
Analyse financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and supporting documentation
Conduct risk assessments and identify potential credit concerns
Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations for decision-makers
Monitor client creditworthiness and ensure adherence to internal credit policies
Collaborate with various teams to facilitate efficient processing of funding applications
Support responsible lending practices while contributing to portfolio quality and risk management
Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and relevant regulatory requirements

What We're Looking For:

Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Understanding of financial analysis, credit risk, and lending principles
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data
Ability to thrive in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment
Previous exposure to credit analysis, banking, lending, or financial services would be advantageous
