A small and intimate Luxury Lodge is looking for a FRONT OF HOUSE and GUIDE or MAINTENANCE COUPLE

POSITION INFO:
Nestled in the heart of the Waterberg region, this exclusive lodge offers an intimate safari experience within the malaria-free Welgevonden Private Game Reserve. With just five luxurious chalets, each featuring private decks and panoramic views, the lodge provides a serene retreat amidst 36,000 hectares of pristine wilderness. Guests enjoy personalized service, exceptional cuisine, and guided wildlife encounters, all contributing to the lodge's warm and welcoming atmosphere.

The lodge is seeking a dedicated couple to fill the roles of Lodge Anchor and either Junior Field Guide or Maintenance Support. The ideal candidates will have a passion for hospitality and nature, with a friendly, hands-on approach and a strong sense of responsibility. The Lodge Anchor should have experience in guest relations, front-of-house duties, and general lodge operations, while the second partner could either be a qualified Junior Guide with a keen interest in the bush and guiding, or someone with solid maintenance skills capable of handling general repairs and upkeep. Flexibility, teamwork, and a genuine enthusiasm for creating a memorable guest experience are essential.

Candidate requirements:

Lodge Anchor:

• Prior experience in FOH 
• Solid administrative capabilities 
• Excellent Guest Relations skills
• Staff management and leadership skills
• Good all-round lodge knowledge 

• FGASA Level 1
• Valid PDP and driver's license 
• First Aid 
• Experience in a Big 5 reserve
• Excellent Guest relations skills

• Solid understanding of lodge maintenance 
• Staff management skills
• The ability to plan and execute tasks in a timely manner
