Junior Career (2 - 4 yrs exp)

Overview:

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Attending to signature of transfer and bond documents for all major banks.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Conducting signature of documents at our offices located in Paarl and Durbanville respectively as well as externally at clients’ preferred locations.
• Preparing and registering long-term lease agreements (notarial leases) and providing legal advice pertaining to such matters.
• Preparing and registering antenuptial contracts and providing legal advice pertaining to such matters and other notarial work.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Admitted attorney with Conveyancing exam completed.
• Minimum 2 years post-admission conveyancing experience in both bond and transfer registrations.
• Professional presentation and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for signature of documents.
• Strong attention to detail during document execution.
