SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Construction Support Manager.Candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial, contractual, and performance risk management.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor project budgets, financial drawdowns, and compliance with contractual terms.
Manage project risk through site visits, progress assessments, and corrective actions.
Verify payment certificates, final accounts, and cost breakdowns for accuracy.
Assist with project planning, procurement, and subcontractor appointments.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure effective communication.
Prepare and submit monthly project and financial performance reports.
Support business development through strong stakeholder and client relationships.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Finance, or related field.
Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in project financial management or contract administration.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts and financial controls.
Proficiency in MS Office and relevant project management tools.

Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and financial acumen.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Skilled in risk identification and mitigation.
