A super company with a national footprint is looking to take on an Assistant company secretary, great career opportunity.

POSITION INFO:

Are you looking to start your career in an Accounting firm? Have you studied either law or accounting and you would like to branch into the Secretarial side of a business?

Essentials:

CGISA qualification (Or studying towards)
CIPC Knowledge
Good client liaison skills
Great command of English (Verbal and Written)

CIPC Work

Annual Returns
Reinstatements of de-registered Companies
Conversions of CC to PTY
Formations of new Companies
Memorandums of Incorporation (MOI’s)
Company Name Changes
Handling all queries and re-submissions to CIPC
Maintaining Minute Books and Electronic Share Registers
All work on PTY''''s: changes to Directors, Registered Address, Auditors, Names, Year-end, Resolutions, etc.
All work on CC''''s: changes of Members, Registered Address, Accounting Officers
Shareholding and group structures & organograms
Shareholder Agreements
Disclosures and searches on CIPC website
Co-ordinating copies of Company documents and/or certified copies
Monitor of new clients with requirements for new files etc.
