SUMMARY:
Junior Commercial Attorney

POSITION INFO:

Admitted Attorney with commercial or corporate background to be appointed by bespoke financing company to render day to day legal activities and company secretarial functions. Although physical attendance is preferred candidate will be allowed to render tasks at home for certain hours during the week.

Minimum requirements:

Minimum One Year of post admission experience with strong commercial or corporate background.

Important skills:

Very strong in commercial drafting
Hard-working and deadline orientated
Strong administrative skills
Experience with financing related transactions, property transfers, banking law or commercial structures is preferred.
Strong writing and verbal skills.

Location:

Centurion. Candidate will be entitled to work certain hours per week from home.
