POSITION INFO:

Junior Buyer/ Assistant Buyer

Location: Kempton Park

Salary: R8 000- R9 000

Minimum Requirements 

• Matric
• 2- 3 years assistant buyer experience
• Tertiary Qualification
• Good computer skills especially on  excel
• V-Tiger experience a bonus but can be trained inhouse

Duties:

• Negotiating with suppliers
• Creating purchase orders
• Follow up on outstanding orders
• Provide ETAs on to sales team
• Make sure the inhouse system is up to date i:e Cost price, ETAs
• Do QC on stock received.
• Create necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Getting quotes from new suppliers
• NRCS LOA renewals
• Fully in charge of the production department-inhouse filling
