Our Midrand based client specialising in Hosted Administration Platforms and related technology is looking for a Jnr Business Analyst to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Adhere to company group policies
Respond to and update support tickets and project-related tickets
Submit timesheets daily
Prepare and provide input to estimates for work orders / quotations
Adhere to SDLC processes and procedures
Responsible for staff supervision and mentoring
Liaise with customer representative and act as consultant interface between customer, developer, IT, etc.
Manage production of business, system and user documentation
Actively participate in / hosts and minutes JAD sessions and workshops
Ensure technical and functional standards are observed

REQUIREMENTS:

Diploma / Degree in Business Analysis
0 – 2 years’ experience as Business Analysis / System Analysis
Worked in a multi-project environment
Experience with employee benefits / financial services (advantageous)
Experience with JAD sessions
MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Wireframing and mapping of Business Processes
MS Office
