Junior Broker (Insurance) (JB678)

Randburg

R10 000 – R12 000 CTC per Month

Client within financial services requires a recent Graduate (BCom Risk Management, Business Management, Financial Management or related degree) that will make the best of an amazing opportunity to be trained and mentored by a Director of the company.

Responsibilities:

Answering telephones, taking & relaying messages accurately

Make appointments & schedule meetings

Maintain calendar/ diary & client database/s

Gather information timeously from clients & internal staff for renewal negotiations

Accurately record written & verbal correspondence with clients, internal staff and external parties

Keep accurate and up-to-date records

Maintain filing system

Assist with queries; research on new clients and products; presentations and reports and renewal of policies (insurance) with management supervision

Develop & maintain ongoing relationships with clients & reinsurers

Continually seek opportunities in order to secure new business

Requirements:

BCom Risk Management, Business Management, Financial Management or related degree

Excellent communication skills

Excellent administration and attention to detail

Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Would suite someone that finds it easy to engage with people on different level of seniority

Willing, eager and able to learn new skills relatively quickly

No experience is required, all training provided
