Our client is on the search for a go-getter Junior Broker Consultant to join a specialist team in the GIT and Marine market 100% remote, full-time, and full of potential!

You'll be building broker relationships across South Africa, driving new business, growing existing accounts, and delivering standout service every step of the way.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum Requirements:

• Matric.
• RE5 Certificate.
• Class of Business training.
• NQF level 4 qualification accepted by FSCA.
• Experience within commercial insurance, especially GIT and Marine, is a non-negotiable!

• Ability to work independently.
• Motivated and self-starter.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Attention to detail.

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in the commercial short-term insurance industry (Marine or GIT experience will be an advantage)
• Own vehicle and valid driver’s license (Transport expenses will be reimbursed)
• Cell phone (Allowance will be provided)
• Reliable, efficient home WIFI (Allowance will be provided)
• Excellent time management and organisation skills
• Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
