Are you a dynamic marketing enthusiast with a passion for iconic global brands? We’re on the lookout for a Junior Brand Manager to join a leading marketing team in Cape Town on a 6-month contract.

In this exciting role, you’ll play a vital support function in managing a diverse portfolio of over 20 well-known brands, assisting in marketing execution, brand strategy adaptation, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll be part of a high-performing team with the opportunity to develop your brand-building skills and contribute meaningfully to impactful campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support brand and marketing plans tailored to the Southern African market.

• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on brand visibility and trade marketing.

• Monitor brand performance, market trends, and competitor activity.

• Assist with influencer marketing, content creation, PR initiatives, and social media monitoring.

• Coordinate events, B2B communication, and marketing materials.

• Provide analytical insights through reporting and presentations.

What You’ll Need:

• A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in marketing, branding, or sales.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office – particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical, creative, and interpersonal skills.

• A valid driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.

• A proactive attitude with the flexibility to work some evenings and weekends when needed.
