JUNIOR BOOKKEEPER (LEGAL)
PIETERMARITZBURG KZN

Qualifications required:

Tertiary education (currently studying or complete)
Matric with Accounting as a subject

Experience

At least 2 years previous bookkeeping experience
Previous legal bookkeeping experience an advantage
Bank and creditors reconciliations
Processing payments and receipts on banking and accounting systems
Ability to work with various banking platforms
Knowledge of accounting for and reconciling agents, sheriffs and advocates an advantage
Knowledge of attorney’s trust accounts an advantage
Knowledge of BEE an advantage

Skills:

Meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
Good communication skills
Team player

Computer Literacy:

Competent in Excel and Outlook
Bookkeeping or Legal software package an advantage
