SUMMARY:
A position for a Junior Bookkeeper has become available in Port Elizabeth. The ideal candidate would have full Bookkeeping knowledge and experience.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements:

Matric
Previous experience in a similar role on a junior level
Pastel knowledge - Advantage
Excel knowledge - Advantage

Responsibilities:

Full bookkeeping function
Managing of numerous books of accounts
Capturing and Processing of monthly invoices
Payments of suppliers invoices & Debit orders for clients
Updating and reconciling bank accounts
Provide monthly management accounts - with deadlines
Preparation of books to be sent to auditor for preparation of financial statements
General Office administration
