About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to manage the day-to-day financial operations of the business. You’ll work with QuickBooks Online in a fully paperless environment, ensuring accuracy in records, reconciliations, and reporting. This is an opportunity to contribute meaningfully to financial discipline and provide reliable support to management decision-making.

What You’ll Do

• Manage daily bookkeeping activities including accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliations.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in QuickBooks Online.

• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with management accounts.

• Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and statutory regulations.

• Work collaboratively with team members to deliver timely results.

• Support ad hoc finance and administrative tasks as required.

What You Bring

• 2–3 years’ proven bookkeeping experience.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online.

• Experience working in a paperless finance environment.

• Strong organisational and time management skills.

• Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, with high integrity.

• Must reside within 10–15km of Honeydew.
