Junior Bookings Clerk

Key Responsibilities

• Book customer vehicles into the workshop and schedule appointments.

• Ensure every vehicle has a completed and customer-signed job card.

• Capture customer, vehicle, and workshop information accurately.

• Maintain customer records and update the workshop database.

• File job cards and invoices in numerical order.

• Complete daily administrative registers and analysis books.

• Maintain records of returned parts.

• Process supplier invoices and stock documentation.

• Answer incoming calls professionally and assist customers with bookings and enquiries.

• Welcome customers and provide exceptional customer service.

• Offer refreshments to waiting customers.

• Ensure the reception area remains clean, organised, and professional.

• Provide daily administrative support to the Branch Manager.
