About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Bond Secretary to join our client in S/Subs, Western Cape. As a key member of the  legal & Admin department, you will report to the Manager and be responsible for handling Bond Administration, with experience in Nedbank and FNB preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling Bond Administration
• Nedbank and FNB preferred but not essential
• 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role within a law firm
• Grade 12 qualification
• Experience as a Bond Secretary/Administrator

Requirements

• Certificates/Certification, Diplomas in Legal/Paralegal

Skills

• Opening of files
• Bond cancellation process
• File Management
• Stakeholder Liaison
• FICA documentation
• Experience with Lexis & E4
