Our client, a leading direct selling company, is seeking a Junior BI Developer to join their development team and help design, deliver, and maintain BI solutions that power smarter decision-making across the organisation.
This is the perfect role for someone with foundational Microsoft data skills who is ready to sharpen their expertise in T-SQL and MS SQL Server, while learning directly from the Head of Development. Exposure to the Google Data Platform will give you an extra edge.

POSITION INFO:
What You’ll Do

Assist in developing and maintaining BI reports and dashboards.
Write and optimise T-SQL queries, building complexity as you grow.
Translate business requirements into technical solutions with senior guidance.
Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.
Document workflows, queries, and specifications for knowledge sharing.
Collaborate with stakeholders in sales, operations, and finance to deliver meaningful insights.

What We’re Looking For

Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (or recent graduate).
1–2 years’ experience in BI, data analysis, or similar role.
Comfortable writing intermediate T-SQL queries (joins, aggregates, stored procedures).
Basic MS SQL Server experience.
Exposure to Google Data Platform (advantageous).
Bonus: Power BI, SSRS, or data warehousing concepts.
