We are looking for a Junior Area Coach that has experience within the KFC Franchise sector.

Proven experience and track record required.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Junior Area Coach Required to Operate between stores in the Cape Region.

To manage RGM’s in accordance with Company Policies and Procedures, with excellence on CHAMPS execution of customer service, training, development, feedback, and recognition, control of production, and restaurant profit.

Effectively managing RGM’s to ensure achievement of sales, operating efficiency, and profitability targets, whilst ensuring adherence to Company Policy and Procedures and Standards on Product, administration, hygiene, maintenance, customer service, and employee relations.
Assisting the Area Coach with their duties on a daily basis as all the above will be shared between each other.

The package on offer to the right candidate will all depend on that person's experience and track record.
