Junior Applications Developer

SUMMARY:
Our client is currently recruiting for a dynamic Junior Applications Developer that will be based in the Pretoria area.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• IT related Degree or Diploma.
• 0-2 years’ experience.
• Specialising in Java, JavaScript – Prototype Library, MS SQL Server 2012.
• UML Documentation
  • Use Case Diagrams
  • Activity Diagrams
  • ERD Diagrams
  • Class Diagrams
  • Sequence Diagrams
• Proficient in:
  • HTML 5, CSS
  • Web containers (Apache Tomcat, IBM WebSphere, etc)

Minimum Technical Requirement:

• Conduct user requirement sessions with internal or external clients.
• Develop software design specifications documenting the functional requirements.
• Develop technical UML documentation for the solution.
• Develop the solution in isolation or within a larger team.
• Maintain support on developed solutions.
• Develop user documentation including user manuals for the solutions.
• Present developed solutions to internal or external clients.
• Conduct training sessions on developed solutions.

Additional:

• OCA Certification – to be written and reimbursed.
• Medical Aid and Pension Fund will be structure withing the CTC per month.
• Study leave provided.
