About the Role
Together with our client in the legal industry, we are seeking a Junior Admitted Conveyancing Attorney to join their dynamic team in Pretoria. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of conveyancing and transfer matters, with a focus on sectional title transfers, bond registrations, and client/bank liaison.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full spectrum of Conveyancer duties
• Opening and managing Sectional Title Registers
• Handle Sectional Title Transfers and Bond Registrations
• Liaise with banks, clients, and relevant stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Matric (Grade 12)
• Completed LLB Degree and admitted as a Conveyancer
• Minimum of 2 years post-admittance experience in Conveyancing
• Proven hands-on experience in property transfers (essential)

Salary: Market related (to be discussed during interview)
