Junior Administrative Assistant

POSITION INFO:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their career who is eager to gain practical experience and build a long-term career in the property development industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide general administrative and office support.
• Manage document filing and record-keeping systems.
• Capture and maintain data using Microsoft Access and Excel.
• Assist with contract administration, FICA compliance, and client file management.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, banks, bond originators, attorneys, and other stakeholders.
• Track the progress of marketing, sales, construction, handovers, and related administrative processes.
• Assist with basic accounting functions and reconciliations when required.
  
  
  

Minimum Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Administration, or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative.
• Interest in property development and the construction industry.
