Junior Admin Assistant

SUMMARY:
Business requires well presented, bilingual and friendly person to fulfil the following duties:

POSITION INFO:

Answering of phones.

Handling general enquiries of product, price and availability.

Taking messages.

Checking stock.

Invoicing walk-in customers.

Assisting reps with invoicing.

Assisting with packing and despatching of parcels/stock.

Getting quotes from transport companies.

Assist transport companies when collecting parcels.

Following up despatched orders.

Tracking parcels online on courier sites.

Phoning customers to check if goods were received.

Making new files, storing old files.

Filing Waybills according to day of collection.

Creditors - Filing payments, filing of completed Credit Applications.

Must be physically able to pick up & move stock.

Computer literate.
