Key Responsibilities:

• General Ledger & Balance Sheet Governance: Execute full-cycle bookkeeping entries up to balance sheet level, ensuring accuracy across multi-entity financial ledgers.
• Transaction Processing & Reconciliations: Reconcile high-volume multi-currency banking accounts, credit cards, supplier ledgers, and debtor balances while resolving line-item variances timeously.
• Month-End Close & Financial Reporting: Support group month-end close schedules, compile trial balance reconciliations, and assist with ad hoc management reporting packs.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable Administration: Oversee end-to-end accounts payable disbursements and debtor collection tracking across international operating entities.
• Process Optimization & Systems Management: Collaborate with senior finance leadership to refine internal financial controls, automate workflow efficiencies, and maintain audit-ready digital archives.

• Formal Education (Non-Negotiable): A completed BCom Degree in Accounting or Financial Management is essential.
• Experience Track Record: 1 to 3 years of solid, reference-backed commercial accounting experience.
• Location & Work Model: Must be Gauteng-based and fully comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Systems & Digital Competencies:
