SUMMARY:
Exciting opportunity for an Assistant Accountant to take a step up into a Junior Accountant position. This position will report directly into the FM and will be their right-hand person. They are needing an individual do the full accounting function up to management accounts. Please note only suitable candidates will be considered.

POSITION INFO:

Printing of invoices & bank statements

Capturing of invoices

Preparation of creditor reconciliations and payment requisitions

Loading of creditors and payments on the online banking platform

Preparation of monthly cash draw

Debtors’ maintenance

General accounts payable and receivable enquiries

Preparation of rental fund income reports and collation of all expense reports & invoices

Pastel processing

Management pack preparation;

Audit assistance

Account reconciliations and refund of deposits

Load payments

General finance administration and ad hoc duties as operationally required

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2-3 years experience

Pastel Evolution experience

Excel Skills non-negotiation

Strong communication skills

Qualification:

BCom Accounting/Diploma Accounting
