POSITION INFO:
Company and Job Description:

You’ll be part of a collaborative finance team, supporting day-to-day accounting functions while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. This role is ideal for a Junior Accountant with a solid foundation who is eager to grow their skills within a fast-moving environment and gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of finance

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with monthly management accounts and financial reporting
Process journals, accruals, and reconciliations
Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
Support bank reconciliations and cashbook management
Ensure accurate capturing and maintenance of financial records on Xero

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

2–3 years’ experience in a Junior Accountant or similar role
Experience working on Xero (essential)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of basic accounting principles
Ability to work both independently and within a team
BCom Degree or relevant financial qualification (advantageous)
Experience within travel, hospitality, or service-based industries advantageous
