Junior Account Executive – Customer Success

What You’ll Need:

A passion for customer service and problem-solving
Minimum 2 years experience
Some experience in customer support or working with online platforms (bonus but not required!)
Great communication skills and a friendly approach
Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced tech environment

What You’ll Do:

Assist clients by providing friendly and efficient support via phone, email, and support systems
Keep track of client interactions using our ticketing system
Work well within a team and ensure excellent customer service
Help with training, queries, and other tasks as needed
