SUMMARY:
My client is looking for a Jnr Sales Manager - Garden Range in Sandton Gauteng

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The purpose of this position is to drive sales for the Garden Range Fertilizer. Ensuring sales forecast are met within in the financial year. Delivering exceptional customer service, assist the Commercial manager in planning, forecasting and reporting on sales.

Planning, forecasting and reporting sales budgets.
Assist commercial manager in pricing.
Generate sales pricing from imported products.
Maintain sales margin as specified in the budget forecast.
Generate sales report.
Ensure customers satisfaction.
Solve queries on sales related queries.
Understand debtor age analysis.
Be willing to travel frequently and continuously.
Strong management, and interpersonal skills.
Strong business acumen, market and product knowledge.
Higher educated qualification advantages.
Have a good working knowledge of excel.
Experience in sales management forecasting and reporting.
Ability to work independently within a diverse but geographically remote team. i.e Self-starter.
Excellent communicator.
Billing (Afrikaans & English)
Computer literacy in MS Office.
Energetic
Proactive team player.
Excellent organizational ability.
Hardworking and reliable, able to work under pressure.
Results orientated.
Persistant problem solver.
Hands on practical thinking, analytical and accurate.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook
