On the hunt for a Jnr Accountant in Krugersdorp!

POSITION INFO:
If you're sharp with detail, experienced in cross-border or multi-entity environments, and ready to contribute to a fast-paced finance team - this could be your next step. The role offers hands-on involvement across trial balance, reconciliations, and financial period-end processes, with clear exposure to international operations.

Ideal candidates will have completed their SAICA articles and be looking to build their commercial finance career in a role that requires both precision and initiative. Immediate availability or short notice periods are highly advantageous.

Duties:

Full Trial Balance function
Accurate processing of customer and supplier invoice
Bank transaction capturing and petty cash management
Preparation and processing of payment batches across banks
Maintenance and updating of the fixed asset register
Reconciliation of intercompany loan account
Assistance with audit preparation and financial year-end processes
Supporting senior finance team in daily functions

Job Experience & Skills Required:
Qualifications:

Matric (Grade 12)
Completed SAICA articles (non-negotiable)
Relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting or Finance (advantageous)

Experience:

Exposure to cross-border or multi-entity accounting environments
Familiarity with audit preparation and year-end reporting
1–3 years post-article experience in a similar junior accounting/bookkeeping role (preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial controls
Excellent attention to detail and high accuracy under pressure
Good organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage) and MS Excel
Ability to work both independently and as part of a finance team
