Our client, a well-established law firm in Rustenburg, is seeking a Junior Conveyancing Typist to join their team.

POSITION INFO:

Minimum Requirements:

• 1–2 years' experience as a Conveyancing Typist.
• Sound knowledge of conveyancing processes and documentation.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literate.

Duties:

• Preparing and typing conveyancing documentation.
• Assisting with property transfer matters.
• Liaising with attorneys, clients, financial institutions, and the Deeds Office.
• Maintaining and updating conveyancing files.
• General administrative duties related to conveyancing.
