JOB DESCRIPTION:

Our client in the Fast Food industry is currently looking to employ a Senior Fast Foods Manager at one of their stores in Plumsted Cape Town.

The Ideal candidate should be able to implement new systems, have a excellent knowledge of Profit and Loss. Understands the importance of timekeeping and roster staff accordingly. They should as well have a good understanding of Financials and processes.

Requirements and Duties:

Own Transport.
Matric.
Excellent knowledge doing Financials.
Experience in Cost Saving.
Be able to implement new systems.
Staff monitoring.
Good understanding of variances an Income statements
Good knowledge of Stock Rotation.
Handling the day to day of the store including running of shifts.
Excellent knowledge of stock taking and doing orders.
Good understanding of Customer Trends.
Follow historical data on customers.
Must have a good understanding of Online order platforms, ratings , social media.
Able to handle and resolve customer complaints.
