Jnr / Assistant Fast Food Manager

Our client in the Fast Food industry is currently looking to employ a Senior Fast Foods Manager at one of their stores in Plumsted Cape Town.

The Ideal candidate should be able to implement new systems, have a excellent knowledge of Profit and Loss. Understands the importance of timekeeping and roster staff accordingly. They should as well have a good understanding of Financials and processes.

Requirements and Duties:

• Own Transport.
• Matric.
• Excellent knowledge doing Financials.
• Experience in Cost Saving.
• Be able to implement new systems.
• Staff monitoring.
• Good understanding of variances an Income statements
• Good knowledge of Stock Rotation.
• Handling the day to day of the store including running of shifts.
• Excellent knowledge of stock taking and doing orders.
• Good understanding of Customer Trends.
• Follow historical data on customers.
• Must have a good understanding of Online order platforms, ratings , social media.
• Able to handle and resolve customer complaints.
