JUNIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR – WADEVILLE (3767)

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

• 2 or more years working experience in a sales environment is required, this is a junior entry level position
• Good communication skills as you will be required to assist with telephone queries
• Able to speak read and write in Portuguese
• Computer literate: Ms Office Suite
• Reside on the East rand
• Have reliable transport
• A stable work record and have contactable references

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with general admin and sales related duties, answering calls, filing and various adhoc duties as and when required.
• Invoice Customers
• Follow up on outstanding orders
• Work closely with the sales team as well as the warehouse
• Deal with Customers in Mozambique
• Keep customers updated regarding their deliveries
