SUMMARY:
Our client requires a junior person to assist in a busy sales department, the ideal candidate must have a flair for sales and admin.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

2 or more years working experience in a sales environment is required, this is a junior entry level position
Good communication skills as you will be required to assist with telephone queries
Able to speak read and write in Portuguese
Computer literate: Ms Office Suite
Reside on the East rand
Have reliable transport
A stable work record and have contactable references

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with general admin and sales related duties, answering calls, filing and various adhoc duties as and when required.
Invoice Customers
Follow up on outstanding orders
Work closely with the sales team as well as the warehouse
Deal with Customers in Mozambique
Keep customers updated regarding their deliveries
