SUMMARY:
We’re looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide essential administrative support throughout the business. This role is key to creating a positive first impression and ensuring the smooth coordination of reception and office activities.

POSITION INFO:
Requirements:

Matric / Grade 12
Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a receptionist or customer service role
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and consistency in delivering tasks
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment
Reliable, well-presented, and customer-focused
