The creative design of marketing collateral, promotions and campaigns and website content.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Your Relevant Degree or diploma in Graphic Design plus 2 year experience will enable you to perform:

Graphic design and layout:

Meet the various design and typesetting requirements of the marketing team.
Work in pre-existing templates as well as free design and setting up new templates.
Design company’s annual report, flyers, brochures, stationery, invitations, graphics, economic reports, photos and direct mail.
Work within the marketing style guide to ensure brand integrity and high output quality is maintained.
Improve existing design outputs.
Create images that identify a service/product.
Develop graphics for illustrations, logos, and websites.

Communications:

Responsible for weekly and monthly template lay-outs.
Responsible for Everly tic lay-outs and sending.
Uploading documents onto website/SharePoint.

Administration:

All payment for marketing collateral.
Obtain marketing quotes.
Obtain quotes for conference center events.

Events:

Where needed assist the Events Planner with any event requirements.

Your knowledge of the following computer programs will be to your advance:

Adobe Suite (including, InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).
Layouts.
