Our client in the Logistics industry is looking for a committed Export Clerk to join their growing team

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

• Matric certificate
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Strong proficiency in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Ability to work within office hours (08:00 – 17:00)
• Willingness to work overtime when required (overtime paid)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Making copies of invoices and ensuring they are accurately processed
• Working out the dimensions of freight on the waybill
• Scanning invoices into the system
• Capturing documents for export road freight (training will be provided)
• Checking and verifying export documents for accuracy and completeness
• Supporting the export department in administrative tasks as needed

• Paid overtime as required
• 13th cheque based on performance
