SUMMARY:
Our client, a steel trading company requires an experienced Credit Controller to join their team.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Grade 12 / equivalent

Experience and Requirements:

3 or more years'''''''''''''''' recent experience as a Debtors controller on Syspro or SAP
Reliable transport
A stable work record and contactable references
Preferably a non- smoker
A clear credit and criminal record
Strong collection and administrative skills
Computer literate on Syspro or similar and have advanced experience on Excel (Spreadsheets)
Reside close to Germiston
Knowledge of CGIC would be an added advantage
Good verbal and communication skills in English and Afrikaans

Duties and Responsibilities:

Reconciling of debtors payments
Processing of payments
Phoning customers for outstanding money
Dealing with queries
Filing and recordkeeping
Ensure that all payments are processed daily from bank accounts
Ensure that accounts remain in approved terms
Work closely with the financial manager
Submit weekly and reports
