Minimum requirements:

• Matric is essential, with a tertiary qualification beneficial
• Both bonds and transfer experience (normal and deceased estate)
• Duties for Transfers:
• Opening file
• Deeds search
• Request cancellation figures and title deeds
• Request clearance figures and clearance certificate from the council
• Request for Transfer Duty Receipt from SARS
• Request Guarantee Requirements and Guarantee
• Arranging appointments and attending to signature of transfer documents
• Preparing and drafting lodgement documents
• Prepare final statements
• Finalisation and attending to payment/s and debiting fee/s
• Duties for Bonds:
• Opening file
• Request deed search
• Obtaining cancellation
• Communicate with the transferring attorneys requesting guarantee/s payment for bond cancellation costs
• Requesting security documents from the bank
• Lodgement
• Finalisation and attending to payment/s and debit fee/s
