My client is a Food manufacturing and co-packing company

Job Description

Our client is seeking an experienced individual who enjoys combining technical food development with client relationship management. The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

Manage relationships with existing and prospective foodservice and nutrition industry clients.
Meet with clients to understand their product development requirements and objectives.
Develop bespoke food products and formulations based on customer briefs.
Conduct product trials, testing and refinement within the company’s modern R&D laboratory.
Prepare and present product samples during customer taste sessions and presentations.
Stay informed on market trends, ingredient innovations and new product launches.
Collaborate with internal production and commercial teams to ensure successful product launches.
Identify opportunities to grow existing accounts and contribute to new business development

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in Food Technology, Food Science or a related qualification.

Skills

3-5 Years experience within the foodservice, nutritional, sports nutrition or functional foods industry
Strong understanding of food ingredients, formulation and manufacturing processes
