JP 18721 - Production Supervisor (Food) – Western Cape

Our client who is the food processing business has an opportunity for an energetic individual to join their team in the capacity of a Supervisor -Fresh Production. The successful incumbent will be responsible for the following:

Production

• Responsible for mince, skinpack, fresh cut and value add production process
• Develop, review and implement efficient and effective procedures and processes to optimize production
• Stock control management (stock rotation).
• Ensure product meets all customer requirements especially but not limited to product appearance, packing and labelling.

People Supervision

• Supervise and control subordinate’s activities to ensure daily production targets are met
• Supervise time and attendance of all subordinates

SHEQ

• Always ensure acceptable personal hygiene of all staff
• Always manage correct use of PPE
