Job Description

The Process Engineer is responsible for evaluating, designing, and optimizing operational processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste and ensure product quality. This role combines analytical thinking with hands-on implementation to drive continuous improvement across production lines, workflows and system operations.

Analyze existing processes to identify areas for improvement in cost, efficiency, quality and safety.
Design and develop new processes or upgrades that meet production goals and compliance standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Develop process documentation, SOPs, flow diagrams, and training materials.
Lead root cause analysis and troubleshooting of operational issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering (e.g., Chemical, Industrial, Mechanical) or a related field
5+ years Proven experience in process engineering or manufacturing preferred
Certification in Lean Six Sigma or related methodology is a must
Familiarity with ERP/WMS systems and manufacturing software
Proficiency in process simulation and data analysis software (e.g., AutoCAD, Minitab, Six Sigma tools)

Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Solid understanding of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
Effective communication and cross-team collaboration
