JUNIOR RECEPTIONIST Position
* ACCPAC experience
* MINIMUM 2 Year's experience as a Receptionist
* Matric
* Receptionist duties
* Opening of COD Customers Accounts on SAGE 300
* Assisting Customers Paying Cash/Card, Recording Receipt
* Processing of Sales Orders
* Check Stock Quantity, Shipping & Invoicing of Sales
* Ordering of Stationary
* Assisting with General Admin & Filing
* Maintain Petty Cash
* Assist with Branch Stock take
* Assist with Customer requests for Returns/Credit Notes
* CLEAN CRIMINAL & CREDIT RECORD - will be verified
