The Motor Insurance Claims Key Account Consultant will manage and oversee motor insurance claims for key accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, efficient claims processing, and strong relationship management. This role acts as the main point of contact for corporate clients, providing expert guidance on claims procedures and supporting clients to minimize risk and manage costs effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for key corporate clients on motor insurance claims.

• Manage the end-to-end claims process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely resolution.

• Provide expert advice to clients on claims handling, risk mitigation, and policy coverage.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.

• Collaborate with internal teams (underwriting, operations, and finance) to streamline claims handling.

• Analyze claims data to identify trends, provide insights, and suggest improvements.

• Support client reporting and provide regular updates on claims status.

• Handle escalations professionally and efficiently, maintaining high client service standards.
