POSITION INFO:

Exciting opportunity exists for an Ivanti Service Manager Consultant, within an established and reputable IT software support firm (Cape Town / JHB).

Salary = R 25 000 per month

Main job purpose

To effectively deliver consulting services to The Company’s Software Solution Clients by Analysing, Documenting, installing, configuring and integrating software products / solutions.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or BSC in Computer Science or Relevant Experience
• 5-10 years industry related experience

Key Performance Areas

• · Deliver Quality Consulting services to the Client.
• · Design and configure solutions that maximise the client’s software investment, reduces waste and aids them in achieving their Business Objectives.
• · Enhance the Client TTSS working relationship to build longer relationship.
• · Work as an extension the client team towards achieving their business objective
• · Develop/Configure custom software solutions as required through scripting and software configuration (POC)
• · Support the development and growth of the services delivered by the Company
• · Engagement with potential customers
• · Translation of new customers into contracts (Convert leads into approved quotes)
• · Provide Demos on Ivanti Suite of products
• · Provide input into Project Task estimation & effort
• Delivery of consulting services to install, configure, and integrate software products from Ivanti
• Prepare technical documentation as specified in customer contracts and as internally required
• Support sales of software and services through demonstrations, Proof of Concepts, and customer presentations
• Deliver projects on customer premise or remotely as required.
• Documenting processes and application instructions
• Provide value-based assessments and workshops to help the customer maximize business results from their Ivanti software
• Skill and proficiency in carrying out assignments
• Possesses skills and knowledge to perform the job competently
• Skill at planning, organizing and prioritizing workload (For self and direct reports, if applicable)
• Holds self-accountable for assigned responsibilities; sees tasks through to completion in a timely manner (On time delivery)
