SUMMARY:
Invoicing Clerk, Sandton

POSITION INFO:

One of our large fleet management clients based in Sandton is urgently in need of an experienced Invoicing Clerk to start as soon as possible.

Minimum requirements:

Matric
Own Transport
Must have at least 3-4 years’ experience in invoicing bulk amounts of invoices
Working/have worked in the Logistics/truck/fleet rental industry will be beneficial
Needs to be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
Fleetactiv it is not compulsory but beneficial
Working Hours: Mon – Fri: 07h30 – 17h00

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Processing bulk invoices
Process invoices and scan them to the server
Send out invoices and statements to clients
Prepare hard copies of invoices for Sales Reps to Deliver
Process pro-forma invoices where needed
Will be assisting debriefing ladies from time to time with working out overtime, allocating costs to rentals,
General filing
Will be asked to assist with other administrative duties when needed
