We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Invoicing Clerk to join our clients team who is in the Retail Industry. Based in Port Elizabeth

POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and process customer invoices accurately and timeously
• Capture and maintain invoicing data on Pastel
• Verify billing information, pricing, and quantities against orders or contracts
• Reconcile invoices and resolve any discrepancies
• Maintain up-to-date customer records and filing systems
• Assist with accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding invoices when required
• Prepare invoicing reports and assist with month-end processes
• Liaise with internal departments and clients regarding invoicing queries

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Invoicing Clerk, Debtors Clerk, or similar role
• Mandatory experience working on Pastel software
• Strong numerical and administrative skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
