SUMMARY:
A chemical supply and a process consulting entity is seeking an Invoice Clerk and Office Administrator. To assist in the Full purchasing to invoice process. A finance background and experience and understanding of imports and exports will be advantageous. Individuals that worked on Sage previously would be as a preference.

POSITION INFO:
Minimum requirements:

Matric
Relevant qualifications.
Strong Afrikaans and English skills.
Computer literate: Sage –Accounting, Excel, and Outlook
A finance background and experience, would be advantageous
This person must be able to work on their own and do not need to be managed.
Strong on the phone to deal with clients but patient enough to deal with drivers and sort out problems with them when they are late or have a breakdown.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Fill in Purchase order.
Complete invoicing process.
Load orders on Sage.
Do a delivery note.
Send the delivery note to the driver.
Arrange with the warehouse to get order ready.
Arrange with driver to collect, where he will need to deliver and deliver.
Receive collection note and load.
Stock taking.
Email delivery load.
Follow up with clients.
Overall office management assistance.
