Our client, a well-established logistics company based in Technopark, Stellenbosch, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Invoice Clerk to join their finance team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent accounting graduate looking to gain practical experience in a professional environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and process invoices accurately and timeously.

• Verify pricing, supporting documentation and approval before processing.

• Maintain accurate financial and administrative records.

• Assist with reconciliations and resolving invoice discrepancies.

• Liaise with internal departments and suppliers where required.

• Provide general administrative support to the finance team.

Minimum Requirements

• Relevant accounting qualification (Degree, Diploma, or Certificate).

• Strong numerical and administrative skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to work independently and within a team.
