Investment Analyst

Leading asset management team seeks an Investment Analyst to join their team! Superb opportunity to join an established, professional, and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and analysis
• Engagement with clients ensuring excellent management of funds / portfolios
• Analyst domestic and global markets
• Assist with portfolio management
• Assist with investment process as required to ensure efficiency
• Daily recons associated with portfolios
• Assist with pitches and client report backs
• Client reporting

Requirements:

• Minimum of a relevant degree - quantitative such as Finance/ Maths/ Stats/ Accounting, honours level preferred plus CFA or similar preferred and stellar track record
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within investments, FAIS requirements and strong current knowledge of both local and global markets
• Highly analytical with strong technical skills
• Excellent working knowledge of Bloomberg and advanced Excel skills, essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ambitious and driven with good stress tolerance
• Passionate about financial markets
