Leading asset management team seeks an Investment Analyst to join their team!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Leading asset management team seeks an Investment Analyst to join their team! Superb opportunity to join an established, professional, and passionate team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis
Engagement with clients ensuring excellent management of funds / portfolios
Analyst domestic and global markets
Assist with portfolio management
Assist with investment process as required to ensure efficiency
Daily recons associated with portfolios
Assist with pitches and client report backs
Client reporting

Requirements:

Minimum of a relevant degree - quantitative such as Finance/ Maths/ Stats/ Accounting, honours level preferred plus CFA or similar preferred and stellar track record
Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience within investments, FAIS requirements and strong current knowledge of both local and global markets
Highly analytical with strong technical skills
Excellent working knowledge of Bloomberg and advanced Excel skills, essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent presentation skills
Ambitious and driven with good stress tolerance
Passionate about financial markets
