Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily inventory control activities within the warehouse.

• Ensure accurate stock management and inventory record maintenance.

• Conduct regular cycle counts, stock audits, and reconciliations.

• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies and inventory variances.

• Monitor stock levels to prevent shortages, excess stock, and stock losses.

• Ensure proper stock rotation and management of expiry-sensitive products.

• Generate inventory reports and analyze trends to improve stock accuracy.

• Lead, coach, and develop inventory and warehouse personnel.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.

• Collaborate with warehouse, procurement, and operations teams to optimize inventory performance.

Minimum Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in inventory control or warehouse operations.

• At least 2 years' supervisory experience within a warehouse environment.

• Experience in the Cosmetics, FMCG, Retail, Pharmaceutical, or Manufacturing industry will be advantageous.

• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
